Our 2025 Website Creation Pricing
The cost of creating a website depends on many factors, such as its size, complexity, and the time required to complete the project. An additional factor affecting the price is the cost associated with using paid tools.
The base price for creating a website is PLN 2,000. This price includes a website consisting of 3 to 7 subpages, which can be easily expanded later.
However, in practice, our clients often need additional features, such as contact forms, an aesthetically designed blog, or other elements that extend functionality. As a result, the final cost of most websites we create ranges from PLN 2,300 to PLN 2,600.
Additionally, we offer simple one-page business websites, starting at just PLN 1,400. These websites are an ideal solution for those looking for a fast and cost-effective way to establish an online presence, while also allowing for easy expansion in the future.
The cost of the website should include expenses related to purchasing and maintaining the domain (usually several dozen zlotys per year, although prices can increase significantly when choosing a particularly sought-after domain) as well as hosting (also several dozen zlotys per month). You can use the services of external providers or entrust us with full technical support. In that case, the hosting cost is PLN 35 per month.

Most Common Additional Options
Nice Blog
A blog is a standard component of every WordPress installation, and setting up its basic version takes just a few minutes, which is why we always provide it to clients free of charge. However, for the blog to look aesthetically pleasing and be fully functional, it needs to be properly configured, which can take up to several hours of work.
Additionally, an empty blog configuration with no content does not make much sense, so to get started, we prepare and add three simple articles.
The cost of creating a fully configured and aesthetically pleasing blog is PLN 500. This price also includes an attractive preview of the latest posts, which will be displayed on the homepage.
Contact Collection Form
A contact form is an extremely useful feature. Many customers prefer to leave their email address via a form rather than write a message directly. Additionally, a form works perfectly as a tool for building your own newsletter database.
In addition to configuring the form itself, it is crucial to ensure that it works correctly. This includes properly configuring the mailbox and creating a backup to avoid losing the collected contacts.
The cost of creating and fully configuring a contact collection form is PLN 250.
Photo gallery from Instagram/other social media
Adding an Instagram photo gallery allows the latest photos from a profile to be displayed automatically directly on the homepage. It’s a great way to enrich the website’s visual appeal and keep it always up to date.
The cost of adding such a gallery ranges from PLN 150 to PLN 250, depending on the level of difficulty involved in connecting the account.
Shop
An online store is an excellent tool that significantly facilitates the sale of products and services online. However, launching one is time-consuming, as it requires integrating a payment system, configuring products, and tailoring other features to the customer’s needs.
The cost of adding an online store starts at PLN 1,200. However, if there are many products or they require additional configuration, the price may increase.
For our customers’ convenience, we often offer training on how to use the store, enabling employees to add and manage products independently and providing greater autonomy in running sales.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are the absolute foundation for any business selling online. Not only do they enable payment integration, but they also protect the company from financial penalties resulting from non-compliance with regulations. What’s more, well-drafted terms and conditions help avoid many unnecessary problems and costs in the future.
For example, using a ready-made template found online without carefully verifying it may lead to unfavorable legal situations. Customers may, for instance, demand a refund of the reservation costs without giving a reason if they do so within 14 days of purchase, even if the terms and conditions do not provide for this. This can be prevented by specifying in the terms and conditions that the reservation concerns a specific time.
The cost of preparing a professional set of terms and conditions is PLN 400.
Translating the page into another language
If you plan to reach international customers, translating your website is a crucial step. A button will be added to the website, allowing users to easily change the language.
The standard cost of translating a website is PLN 400. This price may be lower if the automatic translation proves sufficient. For more complex websites requiring detailed work, the cost may increase.
It is also worth considering the purpose of the translation. If its sole purpose is to make the website easier for international clients to use, the process is simpler. However, if you want the website to be visible in search results in other languages, the translation requires additional SEO optimization, which may affect the scope and cost of the service.
Other solutions
One of WordPress’s greatest advantages is access to tens of thousands of plugins that make it possible to add almost any functionality to a website. Thanks to the experience we have gained from testing many solutions, we know what to pay particular attention to, such as security and compatibility with themes.
If you have non-standard needs, in most cases we can find a suitable plugin to meet them. In such cases, the cost of research and testing is added to the service price, typically amounting to PLN 300–500. This gives you confidence that the chosen solution is secure and works correctly on your website.

Company website 5 subpages; the homepage consists of 5–7 sections, while the other subpages consist of 1–5 sections PLN 2,000
Business card website A business card website consists of a single subpage containing 5–9 sections PLN 1,400
Larger, more complex website Contains several dozen subpages PLN 3,000–5,000
Website for an advertising campaign When creating this type of website, we test a larger number of variants PLN 3,000–5,000
Websites intended for marketing campaigns, particularly those involving significant planned advertising expenditures (e.g. several or more than a dozen thousand PLN on Google Ads), require special attention. It is crucial to test various initial versions in order to optimize conversions from website visits and maximize campaign effectiveness.
We take a similar approach when working on more complex websites that are intended to include a dozen or even several dozen subpages. In such cases, we not only design the website with aesthetics and functionality in mind, but also focus on the information architecture and intuitive navigation so that users can easily find what they are looking for.
In both cases, we recommend an individual quote that takes into account both the client’s needs and the amount of work required to achieve the intended objectives.

SEO optimization, however, allows us to go a step further. When selecting content, we take into account a detailed analysis of keywords in order to increase the website’s visibility in search engines. This process requires more time, as the content is developed in a way that both enhances SEO effectiveness and preserves the website’s readability and appeal for users.

Marketing database basics
This price group includes all the things necessary or very useful for creating a website, but whose creation is not directly related to website development.
In this price range, for example, a logo is included—most company websites should have one, and it is also often used as a favicon (frequently in a simplified form), while the logo itself has applications beyond the website.
Quick logoA simple logo suitable for use on a website.100–200 PLNComplex logoA professional logo, preceded by an analysis of needs and suitable for a wide range of applications300–1,500 PLNCreating company descriptionsCompany descriptions, a list of advantages, etc.—things that are essential when creating a website.150–300 PLNCompany offeringCreating and organizing the company’s offering (applies to websites with a complex offering).200–500 PLNIf the list of services and products is fairly short, this does not create any difficulty when creating the website, so there is no need for additional fees. The situation is different when the client has a diverse offering, and each service or product has several different variants and important elements. In such a case, we need to devote additional time to understanding the offering.
There are also a couple of cost-free solutions here:
If you have a convenient description of the offer (e.g. in the form of a clear table), we can immediately create subpages based on it, allowing you to avoid additional costs.
It is also possible to consciously decide not to present the entire offering on the website, although this does not always make sense.
Additionally, we can create the page so that you can easily add the details and description of the offer yourself.
Another solution, used when you want the page to contain a large amount of content, is to place more text in the form of a document, article, or “wall of text.” These are not the best solutions, but they allow you to reduce costs; when such texts are located on deeper subpages rather than the home page, this often does not pose a major problem.

About Valuation in General
The costs of creating a website may not be obvious. Sometimes complex elements, such as fields with animations that respond to user actions, can be easier to implement than, for example, changing the color of a button or adding a sidebar. It all depends on the capabilities of the selected theme and the available plugins or ready-made solutions that only require configuration.
If the appropriate plugin does not exist or is difficult to find, we can modify existing plugins, particularly in terms of their visual design, or create custom solutions. In such cases, the cost increases significantly.
Creating a solution from scratch – starts at PLN 2,000. Minor style changes using CSS, such as simple adjustments, are often carried out free of charge; however, for more advanced modifications, the price increases proportionally to their complexity.
Larger CSS modifications – work requiring many lines of code costs approximately PLN 500–1,000.
Customer Needs
The costs of creating a website largely depend on the availability of ready-made solutions, but also on the client’s individual needs. For example, creating a simple section with a heading, short text, and image may take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, but this time can extend to several hours if time is needed to select the perfect image, write polished text (taking SEO needs into account), or adjust the styling.
Essentially, the more detailed and extensive your requirements are, the higher the cost of creating the website will be. Each new requirement requires additional time to ensure that everything is coherent, aesthetically pleasing, and forms an engaging narrative. When preparing the website, we take the client’s default level of expectations into account; however, if the list of requirements grows significantly, the price increases accordingly to reflect the additional workload.
Materials prepared by the client
To create a website, we need basic information about the company, descriptions of its activities, the company’s main strengths, its logo, etc. We call a collection of such information a marketing base. Such a document (or folder containing documents) is very useful for any marketing activities, such as creating flyers and brochures, adding posts to social media, or creating a website.
Many small companies do not have such a marketing database. However, people most often prepare an initial description of the website, which solves this problem and is often the starting point for creating such a marketing database. If you have various marketing materials, such as flyers, long social media posts, videos, etc., we can easily gather all the information necessary to create the website, and after a brief conversation, we will know what you need.
Therefore, if you do not have such materials and do not feel like preparing them, the cost of creating the website increases (by approximately PLN 300–600), because we then have to guess what should be included on it, which requires additional work. It is not the most efficient solution, admittedly, but we understand that sometimes it is the most convenient.
“A side benefit of commissioning a company website is precisely organizing the company’s information and coming up with taglines.”
Photos
Photos provided by the client are useful, although they are not essential. From our perspective, the key elements are the texts and company descriptions; stock library images and AI-generated graphics are sufficient to create pages in the basic version. However, authentic photos from the client’s company enhance the website’s authenticity and provide some assistance when creating it.
What kind of photos are most useful? In short, the greatest help comes from photos showing things that are not easy to find on the internet. Such photos do not have to be beautiful; their primary function is informational. For example, it is easy to find a photo of a skier skiing down a slope in image libraries, but it is harder to find a photo of a skier putting on skis (because it is more difficult to take a beautiful photo showing this).
Reducing Website Costs
If you have some free time and want to save on the cost of building a website, there are several ways to do so. As a rule, we do not reduce the website’s base price; however, if you become more involved, you can get a more complex website at a lower price.
When creating a website, learning certain tasks takes a lot of time, while some tasks can be started by practically anyone after a short training session.
In this case, you pay us for the “dirty work”—setting up the website and creating a foundation to which new elements can be easily added. This allows you to have a functional website up and running in a short time, which you can easily modify.
The homepage, although technically no more challenging than subpages, requires knowledge of design because it is the most important page, and if done poorly, it puts off customers. It is better to commission us to create it.
However, creating subpages yourself, where you describe the details of your offer, is simpler, especially if you already have the main elements that a customer expects to find on the website covered.
