§ 1. Subject Matter of the Agreement

The Contractor undertakes to create and deliver to the Client a website on the WordPress platform, in accordance with the requirements specified in the annex to this agreement.

The website will be completed within the timeframe agreed upon at the signing of this agreement.

The Client has the right to make several revisions to the website’s appearance and functionality before the work is completed. These revisions include changes to text, colour adjustments, formatting changes, and price list updates.

The Client is obliged to provide content and materials for their website, including promotional graphics.

The cost of creating a website starts at PLN 2,000 net and may vary depending on individual needs.

The price includes the design and development of a website containing approximately 4–7 subpages.

If the subpages are not very complex, their number may be greater than 7, but not greater than 15 (adding more subpages involves additional costs)

The footer of the website will contain information about the website developer, along with a link to their website.

The website will be hosted on servers operated by the contractor. The annual server subscription is mandatory and is listed in the price list on the website. This is a necessary cost for keeping the website online.

If the client has their own domain, they are obliged to pay for it and redirect it to our servers in accordance with the instructions: https://dhosting.pl/pomoc/baza-wiedzy/jakie-serwery-dns-mam-ustawic-aby-delegowac-domene-na-dhosting-pl/

If the client does not have their own domain, once the name has been agreed upon, the domain will be purchased for an additional PLN 150 net per year and maintained by the contractor.

Our websites are built to the highest standard and are optimized for search engines. The Client may expand their website with the PREMIUM SEO / Analytics subscription package; offer details can be found at https://tjsoft.pl/

The website will be adapted for desktop computers, laptops (Windows and macOS), and smartphones (Android and iOS).

§ 2. Copyrights

The Contractor declares that the website is their work.

The Contractor grants the Client a royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the source materials to the extent necessary to use the completed website.

The Contractor reserves the right to make minor changes to the completed website and to use it for promotional and advertising purposes in its portfolio. Minor changes include modifying texts, adjusting colors, changing formatting, and updating the price list.

§ 3. Returns and Complaints

If the invoice is not paid on time, the website will be disabled.

If the invoice for the domain is not paid, the domain may be sold at auction and become impossible to recover.

The Client has the right to terminate the cooperation at any time. In such a case, the content of the website and the database will be delivered to the Client at the indicated email address. Annual fees remain non-refundable due to the necessity of paying for the servers in advance.

If the website does not meet the assumptions arising from the agreement and the website functions specified in the agreement do not work, the client has the right to withdraw from the implementation if the contractor is unable to rectify the problems. The key document in this case will be the acceptance protocol.

In the event of withdrawal from the agreement before its expiry date, all accrued promotions shall be cancelled.

§ 4. Warranty

The website is covered by a one-year warranty, under which we ensure its proper functioning and display on all devices.

We guarantee 99% website availability over the course of a year.

We guarantee the proper functioning of the website on the latest web browsers and mobile devices listed in §1 item 13.
