Want to see what the results of our work look like?

We won’t bombard you with technical details. Instead, we’ll tell you how we approach designing websites that not only look good, but truly work.

Because a good website is not just about colors, fonts, and attractive photos. Above all, it is a tool. It should capture attention, guide the user step by step, and ultimately achieve specific goals: sales, informational, registration, and brand image.

And that’s exactly the kind of websites we create at TJ Soft.

Table of Contents

We start every project by understanding who the website is really being created for. What problems should it solve? What matters to your users? How can you ensure they not only stay on the website longer, but also return—trust it, and take action?

On top of that, we add our technological edge. Because at TJ Soft, we don’t just design—we also create software. That’s why we often integrate our websites with e-commerce systems, inquiry forms, or our own applications:

– Zgłoszenia24 – a system for registering and managing online bookings
– Ski Manager – a platform for managing sports schools

This enables us to create complete solutions: from the first impression to the final click in the booking system.

Over the past few years, we have created dozens of websites—for businesses, institutions, social organizations, and private individuals. Each had different needs. Each was another challenge for us and proof that design can be combined with function— aesthetics with substance.

Below, you will see several of these projects. We chose them not because they are the “most beautiful.” We chose them because they show how we think about the internet. And about the user who sits down in front of a screen—with curiosity, but also with a specific goal.

How We Create Websites

A Website That Sells, Not Just Looks Good

A well-designed website is more than just a modern appearance. Above all, it must be intuitive for the user, support sales, and reflect the brand’s identity, meaning it should be consistent with the existing logo, color scheme, graphic style, and the company’s overall aesthetic. Equally importantly, the website should align with the client’s vision — even if that vision is only beginning to take shape.

Therefore, in web design, communication and a well-planned collaboration process are just as important as technical and design skills.

A Process Tailored to You

We have the experience and proven methods that allow us to quickly understand what you really need. This enables us to propose solutions that perfectly meet your expectations.

Already at the stage of our initial discussions, we explain what materials we need (e.g. a description of your business, photos, and a logo). Depending on the complexity of the project, we prepare preliminary sketches, graphics, and prototypes, which allow us to test different options and jointly choose the best approach.

What if you don’t have a clear vision yet?

Not every client comes with a ready-made idea. And we understand that perfectly.

That’s why we can create a website based on a single sentence, slogan, or brief conversation. It only takes a few minutes for us to build a first version, which we can then refine together.

This solution is often used for Landing Pages—that is, offer pages for potential customers who find the page through an advertising campaign on Google or social media.

Flexibility Above All Else

We also offer intermediate solutions; you can provide only some of the materials, and we’ll come up with the rest together. We support you at every stage: from the concept, through the copy, to the final look and implementation. This makes the website creation process simple, transparent, and enjoyable, regardless of how much time and how many ideas you have to start with.

Portfolio

Szklarska Bicycles – clarity and dynamism

The SzklarskaRowery.pl website is an example of how to create a dynamic and effective site in a simple way. It was created for a local bicycle and outdoor equipment rental company in Szklarska Poręba. The goal of the project was to create a lightweight, responsive website that would allow users to familiarize themselves with the offerings within seconds, learn the rental terms and, most importantly, quickly contact the company.

We opted for maximum transparency. We abandoned elaborate animations and complex layouts in favor of a classic structure with an emphasis on content accessibility. The website works great on both computers and phones—which is crucial, as many customers look for rental companies while already on the road, using their smartphones.

We ensured clear distinctions between the offer, price list, and practical information, and thanks to the integration with the contact form and the option to sign up quickly, users can easily reserve equipment for a specific day.

Visually, a mountain aesthetic dominates – green accents, simple icons, and photos of trails and forests. The graphic design is not overwhelming, but subtly suggests that this is a company operating close to nature and in the spirit of sporting adventure.

This is an example of a website designed to work quickly and efficiently—like a good gear system in a mountain bike.

Osk Wojtek Katowice – a reliable website for years

The website created for the Katowice-based driving school OSK Wojtek is an example of a project in which building trust and ensuring easy access to information were the top priorities. The main goal was to reach people looking for a reliable driving course, regardless of their age or level of automotive experience.

The project focuses on functionality and clarity – users can quickly find information about courses, requirements, documents needed for enrollment, and contact details. Everything is arranged logically, with people in mind who may be using this type of online service for the first time.

Visually, we opted for minimalism and clarity, supported by a calm color palette and modern typography. The website contains no unnecessary embellishments—it is primarily intended to inform and convince visitors that OSK Wojtek is a good choice.

The site works well on phones and computers, and a simple contact form lets you sign up for a course or ask a question in just a few moments. This was a project in which credibility and accessibility were key—and that is exactly the result we achieved.

Tjsoft.pl – modernity, transparency, dynamism.

This is the website of our company – TJ Soft.

Every day, we create software that truly works. Our portfolio includes proprietary projects such as Ski Manager (a system for managing sports schools) and Zgłoszenia24.pl (an online registration and enrollment platform).

At the same time, we carry out individual projects—we build dedicated systems, integrate existing solutions, and create websites. All so that technology is not only modern, but also tailored to real needs.

When building this website, we focused on a modern and dynamic design that highlights our company’s professionalism.

Subtle animations play a key role—smooth transitions, hover effects, and dynamic content loading give the page a light, modern feel. Thanks to these details, the site not only looks good, but also “breathes,” responding to the user and guiding them naturally through the successive sections. And, most importantly, it makes an impression.

We’re not providing a link to this page because you’re already on it 🙂

Skimanager.eu

The skimanager.eu website was created as a showcase for our proprietary Ski Manager system in its international version. This solution was designed for sports schools—particularly ski and snowboard schools—that want to manage schedules, instructors, customer registrations, and online payments more efficiently.

We ensured a modern, clear look for the website, enhanced by subtle animations and smooth transitions that give the whole design a sense of lightness and dynamism. The content is available in English, and the layout has been optimized for international users and mobile devices.

This is where we show, in a simple and engaging way, how Ski Manager helps manage everyday life at a sports school—quickly, intuitively, and without unnecessary complications.

WitchesxWaves – Color and Rhythm

A website that brings magic and the ocean together in one place. Atmospheric design, a slightly mysterious atmosphere, and smooth navigation make the whole experience not only look great but also work beautifully on every device. It’s more than just an ordinary website—it’s a vibe you can feel from the very first click.

A website created for a fantastic group of women who organize trips combining surfing, yoga, art, and meditation. All in beautiful places and a wonderful atmosphere.

The creation process looked different than usual, as the clients already had a graphic concept and their own visual identity that we needed to adhere to. Fortunately, they gave us enough freedom to do it well and in our own way, while still staying true to their style.

My artistic experience turned out to be a major advantage. Based on the graphics and photos they sent me, I managed to select the perfect shade of brown, which fit the aesthetic of the Witches x Waves brand beautifully. It was surprisingly important to the girls—as I later found out, they had previously used this color in analog projects, but had never established a specific HTML code for it. Seriously, I didn’t expect a well-chosen color to cause such a stir, but I got it right. It was surprisingly satisfying.

Zgłoszenia24.pl Zgłoszenia24.pl – a system for handling online registrations and sign-ups

Zgłoszenia24 Website was designed as a comprehensive showcase of our proprietary system for managing sign-ups, registrations, and participants in various types of events, classes, and activities—from courses and workshops to social initiatives and sporting events.

The graphic design is based on a light, modern layout that presents the platform’s key features in an accessible way. From the homepage, users can quickly understand what the system offers: reservation automation, a reduction in the number of unpaid registrations, payment integration, and simple registration management for both organizers and participants.

The page contains, among other things:

  • a section presenting features and benefits,
  • dynamically loaded industry and application tiles,
  • a clear blog with guides and news,
  • highlighted statistics and implementation examples.

Subtle animations and interaction effects were also an important element of the project, giving the website a light, modern feel without overwhelming the user.

The entire solution was designed with mobility, fast loading times, and intuitive navigation in mind—including for people using this type of solution for the first time.

Supertstart-szkola.pl – How to Convey a Lot of Information in an Appealing Way.

The opposite of the Witches x Waves website. For the website for surfers, the main challenge was maintaining the aesthetic; for the ski school website, the key was presenting the information in an organized and aesthetically pleasing way. A typical summer–winter contrast.

In the case of the Superstart ski website, the visual requirements were limited to the absolute basics, namely adhering to their color scheme.

The main challenge here was organizing all the content provided by the client. The ski school offers a diverse range of services, including individual and group lessons, classes for children, teenagers, and adults, as well as courses (with set dates and schedules). There were also price lists, skill levels, required equipment, and so on to consider.

Therefore, we decided to place the most important information on an additional subpage called “basic info.”

An additional challenge was presenting a great deal of information in a concise yet clear and aesthetically pleasing way. It turns out that adding tables to a website is not as easy as it seems. If there are several tables on a subpage, the result is a wall of text and an overload of information, which does not look very good. It is therefore necessary to add images. And if we want to have a title, an image, and a table in a single field, additional effort is required.

Snow4fun – website of a ski and snowboard school in Szklarska Poręba

http://snow4fun.com.pl

This website was created for a team that has been teaching skiing and snowboarding for years in one of the coolest places in Poland. The goal was to create a site that is simple and convenient for anyone who wants to sign up for lessons or check out the offer before heading to the mountains.

The website contains information about courses for both children and adults, allows you to check dates, register online, and meet the instructors who lead the classes. There are also photos from previous seasons, so you can immediately get a feel for the atmosphere.

The website works well on phones, making it easy to sign up quickly even while on the go. Everything is clear and easy to use, without unnecessary complications.

A website was created that fulfills its purpose and effectively captures the atmosphere of this school. If someone is looking for concrete information without clicking through ten different tabs, they will find it here.

Summary

At TJ Soft, we don’t just design beautiful websites—we create solutions that truly work. We combine aesthetics with functionality, keeping the user in mind above all. Every project is an opportunity for us to combine intuitive design with a specific business objective.

We have experience both in creating visual identities from scratch and working with existing ones—as in the case of Witches x Waves, where choosing a single color proved more important than we expected. We also create websites integrated with our systems, such as Zgłoszenia24.pl and Ski Manager, delivering complete, polished online tools.

Our projects are diverse, but they all share one thing: attention to detail, responsiveness, a lightness of form, and technical solidity behind the scenes. From snow4fun.com.pl to skimanager.eu, each of these websites says something about our clients, but also about our approach: good websites are not templates, but the result of listening, thinking, and thoughtful design.
